Corrupt motherboard, need to activate jails again on new system

Hi all. Need some help. My motherboard died and im just in the process of getting a new up and running and install truenas again. All my disks are still there and i can import the pools and also the jails then obviously. But how do I get the new truenas system to find the jails and start them again?

iocage activate <poolname> after you imported your pool should be sufficient. If necessary at all. If I am not mistaken all of the jail information is in the pool and not in the configuration database.

Worked like a charm. Didnt need to reinstall anything, it just started up in the new motherboard environment without any problems. Thanks
