It looks like my latest boot env DB is corrupt. Any ideas short of re-installing? I've already tried scrubbing it a couple of times. Is there any big concern since 20180813.db is my latest DB file?

I'm fairly certain that's just a backup, so you should be okay just deleting the file. You'll want to double-check that with someone else, though, I never remember where the database in use is stored.
