Copy/Move .srt files to folders on cifs

Hi,

I can't send srt files from my windows pc to my freenas server with cifs, just can do it by ftp.
If i do it by ftp all ok.
I can move any other kind of files (avi, mkv, etc...), .srt i can´t.

Honestly, I have no ideas. I just tested on my boxes and both worked with .srt's without problems.

Can you try a different client computer? Sounds like some crapware might be interfering.

I believe Samba by default hides files beginning with a "." Have you tried changing your file manager's setting to show hidden files?
