Continuous Scrolling While Installing And During Setup

I am having a problem setting up FreeNas on my system. I can get it installed, because I can follow the guide and I know what buttons to press, but when I go t the first boot this scrolling continues and makes it impossible to complete it. I'm not sure why this is happening and I have searched through the frums and I cannot find a similar issue. I will post a few pictures of what is happening. My system specs are as follows
MB: Gigabyte MD71-HB
128 GM Ram Samsung, on the approved CVL list for the MB
2x Intel Xeon Plat 8153
2x HGST Sata 10tb drives
LSI 9400-16i with 4x HGST 8tb sas drives attached
480gb U.2 Intel Optane Drive (SLOG)
1TB Toshiba M.2 XG6 (L2ARC)
128GB Toshiba SATADOM (boot drive)

If it makes a difference I am not currently connected to a network. I wanted to get my system up and running first and then do the network configuration.

Quick Update. I reran Memtest and I did have a bad stick of ram, which was not the case originally. However once I removed that bad stick it ran four passes over 26 hours on the remaining 96 gb with no errors and I still get the same continuous scrolling when trying
