Constant middlewared CPU utilization

Hi folks,

I will cut straight to the chase:
Proxmox running a VM TrueNAS Core @13.0-U5.3
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G (2 Cores assigned)
RAM: 24 GB assigned

Updated today from 12.0 U6 or lower (don't know actual Update), but Issue still present in 13.0-U5.3.
I have constant CPU Load from middlewared. The system is a home system, nobody is using it at the moment. Data is not changing right now and rarely changes in general. Talking megabytes a day max.

Show : CPU Usage from Proxmox

Show : CPU Usage TrueNAS (different time scale!)

Show : TrueNAS htop

Any ideas whats happening?

Additional info:
I have a similar setup with 5700x (as well 2 Cores and 24 GB RAM assigned) that was upgraded to day (I think 12.0 U2) to most recent and does not have this issue. CPU usage sometimes goes up to 1-2%.

So I noticed when zooming out that this started occurring since I migrated from the old host (intel platform) to the new (amd).
I created a new VM, restored a backup, reattached disks and its now gone.
