Constant crashing

Hi my Truenas set up is extremely unstable and will crash needing a reboot everyday

When i turn the monitor on i am left with the attached screenshot and then it can also be the second attached picture

anyone got any ideas

I'm running this in a HP N54l running on an ssd drive
