I've seen this error on the forums before. I also see what people have done to fix it. I examined the log but I don't see where the 5 bad sectors are?

How old is your drive?

Last test was completed at 400hours.

If it's in warranty get it RMA'd

Thank you both for your replies! Would you mind telling me exactly what tells you I need to replace it? Is it just the pending sectors or was it something in the log or both or? The more I understand the less I will post and bug you guys :D.

5 Pending sectors means five sectors couldn't be read. So far.

This is basically a broken disk, since it is failing to read data that was written within the last two weeks.

As mentioned, if it's still under warranty, RMA it.

If possible, try to return it to the vendor. If you RMA it to WD, you'll get a refurbished drive in exchange. If you return it to your vendor, you should get new.

On a drive that's been in service for a while, five pending sectors wouldn't greatly worry me, but this is a new drive. I'd replace it.
