Configuring Active Directory Service - AD Administrator Account

In the AD environment in question, the Active Directory Administrator account is locked down and not used. I am a domain admin with full rights in the entire domain that I am trying to add the FreeNAS-8.2.0-RELEASE-p1-x86 (r11950) to. Is there a way to add it without using the default Administrator account, or should a Domain Admin account suffice?

Hi mtadeacon,

A domain admin works just fine.....you could even make an admin account just for the filer logins.
