Hello everybody.
I would like to access my nextcloud service composing subdomain but i have this problem:
  • I have a subdomain truenas.mydomain.cloud
    • through this subdomain i can reach my truenas service.
    • The truenas service has the ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).
  • I have a second subdomain nextcloud.mydomain.cloud
    • through this subdomain i can't reach my nextcloud service
    • the nextcloud service has the same local IP address of truenas but different ports (8283)

I would like to reach this service without explicit port on URL (nextcloud.mydomain.cloud:8283). How i can do it? Which configuration i have to change?
I have configured the port forwarding of my truenas and nextcloud on my router and i have associated public IP to truenas.mydomain.cloud and nextcloud.mydomain.cloud on my DNS domain configuration.

Can anyone help me?

So if i understand this correctly, you have 2 subdomains configured on the same external IP? Also, why don't you give nextcloud a different IP address? So much easier. Last but not least, your router normally should ensure that the subdomain is routed to the correct internal IP address. How have you set this up?
