Config for truenas core

Helloo i am new in NAS universe and i want to make a truenas core server
My usage is the following :
Sharing files maximum 2 users
Plex 1 screen 4k perhaps a second screen 1080p
Nextcloud for 2 or 3 users

I want to buy a pc with ryzen 5 4600g + 16 GB RAM and 1 Gbps lan card

Is that configuration enough for my usage
