I've a SAN with a fabric switch SANbox 5600 and I need to be able to use it on my network in a production environment, I'm using CASPARCG and I need it to communicate with the SAN and use it as a storage as well as for users. Can FreeNAS be compatible with these components including the HBA ATTO FC-42ES.

If you plan to use FC on freeNAS in a "production" setting, you should know that FreeNAS does not support FC and the workaround could break at any time. Also there is not simple way to setup LUN masking and this must be managed with zoning on your FC switches.
If you need FC in production you will want to use TrueNAS (only available on ixsystems hardware)
