Command to check repository within jail?

Hi all,

Stupid question. I remember using a command at one point within a jail that listed all the latest releases for plugins. Anyone remember what it is?

And I guess to piggyback, I want to update my plex server version but I want to specify a version based on what's in the repository. Looks like pgk upgrade isn't bringing up the newest version.

What version of FreeNAS are you running and are you using the plugin or a manual install in a standard jail?
