Command line to delete a jail?

I deleted a transmission plugin and deleted the jail. Now i want to reinstall transmission but the gui will not let me because it says that the jail already exits. How can i solve this?

jls -v is the command line to list jails... but transmission isnt there so what eles could be stopping it from installing?

ERROR: failed to install this jail because a jail with this name already exists, but when i do "jls -v" its not in the list, any suggestions?
