collabora stuck deploying

Hi, after installing nextcloud I wanted to integrate it with collabora and was following the instructions on YouTube video: https://youtu.be/dpZurFVxh4c but Collabora gets stuck deploying. I tried to find logs but the only thing I found was this collabora-nginx log:

Were you able to find a fix? I'm having the same issue. I can get Nextcloud to deploy following this guide but when I install collabora it gets stuck "deploying".

When looking at the pod logs I see these errors:
