Cobra ZFS changes what and impact !?

The Cobra release brings ZFS-updates/ However since it is not clear to me which changes and I do not know their impact, I hesitate to upgrade the pools.

Can anyone describe those chances and their impact / is there perhaps all ready a description available?

Wait, wait! The rule of thumb is to always make sure 100% that you need such features before you upgrade your pool. Because once enabled, you can't go back to an older version of ZFS (such as Bluefin or another system with an older version of ZFS.)
