Cloudflare WARP

I am using the truecharts cloudflared to run a tunnel to access a few things like my nextcloud instance. That works well, but I'm trying to figure out how to enable WARP as well so I can access SMB shares remotely (like with a VPN, but WARP looks like a better option if I can get it working.)
I found this guide that explains how to do it but I'm not sure how to translate it for working with the app on Scale. Does anybody have any ideas?

According to this documentation, WARP shouldn't need any additional config from the command line to work.
I followed these steps, but when I try to connect from the client, it just times out.
