Can i configure email notification of Cloud Sync status?

A more robust notifications system will be introduced in 11.2. See if it does what you need. If it doesn't, file a feature request and post the issue number here.

I show that feature as closed 22 hours ago and it doesn't really say what happened with it. Is it just being dropped from possibly being a feature? I just started using Cloud Sync and really would like to know when I have a failure via an email.

This really needs to be at a higher priority than "Low" - in the current state of affairs if one of our cloud sync tasks fails on one of our arrays the only way we'll ever know about it is if we happen to log in to that array and look specifically in Tasks / Cloud Sync Tasks.

C'mon, that is way more high-touch than it should be for a storage array that otherwise Just Works. Please fix this.

It's fixed in 11.3, and we immediately discovered one of our jobs was failing intermittently.
