Cloud Credentials dialog will not test or save

Hi,

I'm hoping to back up a CPanel web service to my TrueNAS Cobia box, but am encountering some trouble.

My understanding of Cloud Credentials is that they can be used to either back up your TN system, or back up other systems to it over various protocols.

I can connect to the CPanel instance over SFTP with FileZilla, no problem. So I believe I have the correct settings and credentials.

When I add those details to a Cloud Credentials dialog and click either "Verify" or "Save" the loading icon will spin for many minutes until the page self reloads and the settings are lost.

I'd appreciate any troubleshooting tips anyone can give!

Sadly it isn't in 23.10.1... any update when we can do offsite backups again with sftp?

I tested this on my personal system this morning and I cannot reproduce on 23.10.1. Have you cleared your browser cache since updating? I was able to create sftp credentials successfully.

Thank you for your help - I did reload the browser, didn't change it. After deleting all of my browsers cache it does work now. Best IT gift for today - I can do my offsite backups.
