SOLVED cifs and ftp

my issue is that i cant see any folders/files in the cifs share when i connect to the ftp server, or the other way around. im using a windows box for the cifs, and 3g on an android phone for the ftp. both are pointed at the same directory and im using the same login. what do i have to do to get this to work?

You're going to need to provide a little more information. How is your FreeNAS box configured for SMB and FTP?

Looks like you're forcing users to be chroot'ed to their home directory. I think that's your problem.

Always Chroot: a local user is only allowed access to their home directory unless the user is a member of group wheel
