Changing across to new case. Any traps?

I want to switch my system from one case to another. Setup will be the same.
In order to do so, the drives will all need to be unplugged and when this happens it very unlikely I'll be able to plug the drives back into the same SATA headers on the board.
Will this be problematic or will it sort itself out automatically?

Any tips?

I THINK the sata headers used don't mater but can anyone confirm or offer advice?

check that your vdevs use gptid for naming and not da0/ada0/.... it should use gptid, and if that's the case, then the order doesn't matter

"zpool status" will give you the information

It's currently running FreeNAS 11.3 and I THINK it uses ada for naming.

I guess the best thing to do is upgrade the existing setup to latest stable TrueNAS prior to changing cases.

I need to be looking for something in this kind of format? gptid/eb2ee48c-a398-11e2-bccb-001517d2673c
