Hi, I wanted to know if anyone has centralized their iTunes media onto freenas.
Right now i still have different iTunes datasets on laptop, desktops etc.
I want to centralize it onto freenas. I already have a dataset called Music on my freenas. It is the complete collection of all my music. I am trying to achieve the following but do not know if it is possible.
1. I want to use the Music Dataset on my freenas to sync songs to my ipad/ipod through itunes
2. I do not want itunes to "manage" or change my Music Dataset.
3. I do need a writable space for itunes to write backups to.
How does everyone handle their itunes data?
