I have just build a brand new file server to replace my old DroboFS. I have installed FreeNAS 9.10.1 on it. It has 4 WD Red disks in it. I have configured it via the wizard to raidz2 for now. I have setup a cifs share on the server and I can access the share from my Arch Linux box fine. Though I had to change the csh protocol to bas in order to log into it. I can then create directories etc. but now I want to cpoy my stuff from my droboFS to the new freenas and it doesn't let me. What am I missing?

I already tried what you suggest in your video and it still doesn't work. I can create directories and files on the freenas share fine but copying stuff from my Linux box or droboFS doesn't work.

A little update on this seems like it is my Arch Linux box that is causing issues. I tried connecting to the share from a Windows box and a Ubuntu 16.04 box and both can read write and copy files to the share.
