Can't update! 'Nontype' object is not iterable

Hello!

Was trying to update my servers today and I am getting this error on one of them. (Other one updated to 13 without issue.) Not sure what info I need to post but please let me know and I can provide it. I know I'm running TrueNAS-12.0-U8.
