SOLVED Cant Open jails after 13.0-U3.1 update

My plugins/jails stopped working after I updated from 13.0-U3 to 13.0-U3.1. I can't manage it using the local IP address assigned to it. The jails also don't seem to have internet access.

Note: Jail state is Up

Note: If I try to set DHCP Autoconfigure IPv4 instead of assigning a static IP, I get this error:
acquiring DCHP address failed, address received: 0.0.0.0/8

So I got it working again. I'm not entirely sure what I did to fix it as I was trying a whole bunch of stuff.
It may have been going to Network>Interfaces>igb1>reset configuration then a restart of the server.
In any case it seems to be working again.
