Can't launch app shell

I'm unable to launch app shell because Containers list is empty (and Choose button is disabled). App is running fine. How can I fix it?

I think we need a little more information to offer any advice, which app and is it from a specific catalog or a custom install? which software version?

It is Transmission from TrueCharts,
App Version:
4.0.5
Chart Version:
20.7.0
