Yup, it looks like da3 is the culprit for the I/O errors on import. Are there any other drives with smartctl errors? Where does this drive fit within your pool?
Other 5 drives seem to be fine with no errors.
da3 is the first drive of the 2nd vdev

OK, remove da3. Then try the import through the GUI.

Maybe I did it wrong.
Tried to import the pool but if i need to import disk do I need to use the P1 or P2?

Are you sure you removed the correct disk? You said da3 was the first disk in the 2nd VDEV, but the zpool import shows the 2nd disk in the 2nd VDEV removed. Do the serial numbers between the removed disk and your smartctl output agree?

Should be ok as it is being listed correctly under disks

The serial number for da3 (ZCT0GCCJ) doesn't match the one from the smartctl output (7HK9PREF). Note drive devices aren't stable between boots. Only GPTIDs are stable. You pulled the wrong drive. Please restore the drive you pulled, and pull the correct serial. Then try importing from the GUI again.

I have put that drive back in but this is the drive that contains disk errors so it wont import.
