Can't get Plex to work on new server.

I have watched 2 different tutorials, but ended with the same error at the same point of instillation.

Any idea why this is happening?

Try having your jails on a separate dataset.
Not sure, but I'm guessing it doesn't like to mount /mnt/Media to the jails /media when it in turn is a sub folder of /mnt/Media, it creates an infinite loop.

That looks like exactly what's going on.

The tutorial you followed must have not given you enough detail on how to arrange your data.

You will need to delete the /jails and everything under it and start over with a new /jails dataset.
