Can't get FreeNAS to sync with Active Directory

Yes,
I configured it on the server "Settings" and changed the dashes (-----) to Active Directory.

I have been fighting a bit more with it and now I get the service active but we can't get the directory sincronized. I have attach the log of the active directory service startup. It seems that there is a problem with authentication but I have check all passwords and seems to be working right.
