Can't edit Jail settings

I created a jail but even though the jail is stopped all the settings are greyed.

Only DHCP Auto config is selectable, but doesn't save if changed, and then can't be changed back.
I need to change the network properties to change the bridge number and host domain.

weird.....changed from firefox to chrome and i could edit
