Can't contact support with Jira login

When I click the "Log in with Jira" button, it shows me as logged in with my user profile picture & the button chages to "Logged in to Jira", but the "Category" remians disabled & the help test says "the field remains empty until a valid Username & Passawrd is entered". So I'm unable to contact support.
