Can't configure Plex Media Server correctly

Hi guys,

I have an HP EliteBook 840 G2 with i5 5300U, 16 GB of RAM, 500 GB SSD with Intel 219 NIC which is attached to a Hyper-V machine which runs TrueNAS.

I can't install Plex. I get install error with DHCP:

I am trying to install Plex with DHCP but I get error:

Error: Plex had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: + Acquiring DHCP address: FAILED, address received: 0.0.0.0/8 Stopped Plex due to DHCP failure Partial plugin destroyed

The router is at 192.168.2.1, the Hyper-V is directly connected using External Switch at 192.168.2.190.
