Can't acess freenas hover openvpn

Hello need help, with access my files on frenass at office from home.

at office is 3 pc
1Pc with pfsense with the openvpn
1Pc with Windows 2008 r2
1Pc with freenas

when i am at office i can access everting but when i am at home i conect the openvpni and i can acces my files on Windows 2008 but not the files i have im the frenass.

find the problema, Forget to define a gateway on the freenas.
