Can't access to share file

I need to make share folder so add a new user and adjust ACL but can't access just by root user and password
i try many times to added another user but same thing
can you help me?
I attached a screen for ACL

before you save you have to check " the check box of apply user " to confirm to give the ownership from root to user " hd " and the other user have to be in group called : " share "

Yes i did but samething
And restart smb and still can't access just by root user and password
