Hello all, running FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE_MULTIMEDIA-p3-x86 (11706)
Brand new to freenas. I am unable to see my freenas share from Ubuntu 10.04
I created a volume: /mnt/volume1 And I created a dataset: /mnt/volume1/dataset1. I created a user and added the user to the wheel group and set group write permissions to the volume.
I created an NFS share at /mnt/volume1/dataset1 and activated it under Services. I am unable to see this share from my Ubuntu machine unfortunately.
If I create an AFP share on the same volume and activate it, I can see and write to it from my Mac. Any ideas why I can't use Nautilus on the Ubuntu machine to browse to and see/use the share?
Thank you very much for any help.
