Cannot reach VM's after 13 update

Are there issues with VM's after the 13 update ?? I have 2 VMs which I cannot access via VNC .. did I miss a warning ??

Not yet. Wait for 13.0-U1, scheduled to drop at the end of June.

Rather than futz with unstable nightlies, if you want stability, save your config, reinstall with 12.0-U8.1, and restore your config.
