Cannot login using new ui

I cannot login using 192.168.1.10 but 192.168.1.10/legacy/:80 works just fine, but it is old ui, tried this with fox and chrom.
Then I tried from my android phone and it works with the new ui through 192.168.1.10
What switch do I need to flip to enable new ui?
