Cannot install to internal USB, patrol read error

I am getting the following repeating for at least 5 minutes when I try to install to internal USB from a secondary USB. I am reading that one of my HDDs my be bad or I should rebuild my array. I am installing on a Dell T610.

Update: I rebuilt my RAID and the errors stop interrupting the installation process but now when I choose a boot media to write to it gives an error "the FreeNAS installation on da1 has failed". I switched out my boot and installation flash drives and I didn't get the error anymore. It is now running through the install.
