SOLVED Cannot flash M1015

Got 2 of these cards off Ebay. They seem to have been using for RAID setup previously. I went ahead with the instructions I found on ServeTheHome and did the megarec steps. Then after the reboot, I ran into the dreaded PAL error. After Googling around for quite some time, I tried the tips on flashing in EFI. I am able to boot into EFI and run the command but it indicates that there are no adapters found. Now I have no idea what to do. I am unable to flash it into 9211IT or back to what it was. Running megrec still shows it can see the adapter, and I am able to run the clean commands again, but that gets me no where... I tried this in my ASRock EPC602-4L/D16, Gigabyte Z77-UD3H, and two AMD boards. All of them gave the same exact error. DOS mode shows PAL error, UEFI mode shows no adapter.

Yup. Turns out it was my stupidity. I tried to flash M5015 instead of M1015.
