Cannot access iscsi target after reboot

I am using FreeNAS 8.0.2, and using Windows iscsi to connect the FreeNAS 2 iscsi target. It works fine for over 1/2 year.

However yesterday, after some unknown issue, 1st target is gone, cannot be found in the Windows.

After reboot the 2nd target gone also. They are now appear as a new disk inside Windows, the data inside the iscsi target cannot be found.

Where should I check?

I have mapped /dev/ada0 to 1st target and /dev/ada1 to 2nd target accordingly.

I don't know but 8.0.2 is like... 14 months old. I'd consider upgrading. Especially since everything pre 8.0.4-p5 has a nasty security bug or two.
