Can someone pls tell me how to move my System Dataset to another pool?

Hello,

I want to destroy my current (Main/System) pool and create a new one using fewer drives.
I do not have any jails so no problem there, but I do have a virtual machine. I can copy the VM drive to my other pool, and re-attach it, so I think I have that handled also.
What I cant seem to find any clear information on, is how to move the System Dataset to another pool.
Can someone be so kind as to explain to a noob who is good at following instructions, just how to accomplish this task (in SCALE 23.10)?
Please assume nothing, especially if it is not in the GUI :)
