Can not turn on any services (ESXi 5)

Hi there,

I've recently installed FreeNAS 8.0.4-RELEASE on Vmware sphere hypervisor (esxi 5), the installation went succesfull and I am now trying to configure cifs, but it won't turn on and gives me the message "the service could not be started". It gives this message when trying to start other services aswell, I can not start any service. I have copy/pasted the information that the console displays when starting the CIFS service below. I hope that someone knows why the service does not start and that I'm able to use FreeNAS on vmware sphere hypervisor.

Check the last paragraph in http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Control_Services: NOTE: if you are unable to start any FreeNAS™ services within ESXi, make sure that you only have one vcpu. If that is not the issue, create a Tunable called kern.hz with a value of 100.
