Can not login via the GUI even not as member of ‘buildin_adminstrators’ :( , not to mention previous SSH-issues

I am becoming nuts. I can only login to the system GUI as root. I can not as 'privileged' user even not if the user is member of group ‘buildin_adminstrators’, which itself is already ridiculous !!

Just for info, I did a complete new install of my truenas sale system because my logins did not work any more ...... so I assumed some serious problem and did decide to reinstall (which did not help, but did cost me two days!!!)

Here on core it is even worse,
- I did all ready recreate users because SSH-login did not work any more. Recreating the users did solve that problem
- and now GUI login does not work any more, even if I assign the ‘buildin_adminstrators’ group to the particular user (I am not going to reinstall this system, since I know what is going on now )

Under CORE, you can only log in to the GUI as root. Non-root admin users are only for SCALE.
