This seems to be more autodetected though not 100%. I ended up having to remove the previously added nvidia visible device and nvidia driver capabilities entries. and then i select 1 from teh corresponding GPU drop down (nvidia in my case) and it is working. I only tested one stream so i do not know if multiple need to be allocated to transcode multiple streams at once.
