Hey,
Which cable do I need to connect a Dell PERC H200 directly to the HDDs (without backplane)?

You need an 8087 Forward Breakout Cable One cable will do 4 drives. The H200 can use 2 cables for 8 drives.

Not any of those. Narrow your search to SFF-8087 Forward Breakout Cable.

Yep, just decide on the length and if you need angled or straight ends, make sure you card is flashed to IT V20 (if using the latest stable version of FreeNas) and you'll be good to go.

I was about to offer you my molex to SATA converters, but I see you're on a different continent.

The one thing I would recommend is locking SATA connectors. And be careful not to overload the PSU by using too many splits.
