The kernel refuses to build when using "env FREENAS_ARCH=i386 sh build/do_build.sh".

00:00:00 ### log: /usr/local/freenas/trunk/obj.i386/_.bk
build/do_build.sh: ERROR: FreeNAS build FAILED; please check above log for more details

This is the same bullshit that occurred in the following ticket concerning buildworld:

http://support.freenas.org/ticket/785

It's obvious that these developers are not building FreeNAS using csh.

Are they going to fix this problem?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
uname -a
FreeBSD SVSSFBSD82VM1.local 8.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE #0: Thu Feb 17 02:41:51 UTC 2011

Trying to build a NANOBSD image for FreeNAS-8.2.1-ALPHA-r11548-x86 using the trunk.

Hi Niatross,

Any reason you don't just use sh? You might get better results doing it they way they intend rather than barking about how they don't do it the way you want.

If I wanted your opinion, I would ask for it. What I want is:

"The problem to be resolved"

This issue doesn't occur with older builds. It only occurs on the trunk.

Hi Niatross,

So you want it the way you want and are going to bark about it? Good luck with that!

Hi Niatross,

Nope, but I bet that's how they would close the ticket on this!

Niatross,

Your attitude is way out of line, especially for being a new user. Please check the forum rules and adjust your attitude or it will get you banned.
