[BUG] "Threshold Days" for Scrub Tasks Does Not Work in 22.12.2

After I upgraded to 22.12.2, the threshold days in the settings of scrub tasks did not work.

Here is the screenshot of the execution logs and my settings of scrub tasks.

In the previous versions (22.12.1), this setting works well that the scrub tasks would be executed every 14 days. However, in this version, every day would start a task.

I see the same happening for Boot-Pool. Not for the data pools though

After same update to 22.12.2 my Boot-pool starts a scrub every day. Tried to reset to 7 days without success.
Other scrub tasks and tasks works normal.

See the same for 1 data pool out of 2, not for the boot pool. Is this not putting undue stress on drives? I've got 18 drives in the affected pool and they are being scrubbed pretty much half a day every day since updating to 22.12.2
