Borked my boot pool

I did some bone head move today trying to fix my boot pool. I'm running TrueNas Core 13 and I have a pair a mirrored SATA DOM boot drives. One drive failed. I ordered exact same capacity SataDOM for replacement. During the process I accidently pulled out my functioning boot drive rather than the broken boot drive. I'm assuming I reboot with working sataDOM in place and then mirror the boot drive to the new drive? I haven't rebooted yet however I'm pretty much locked out of the system at this point. VMs are working however I can no longer SSH into installation.

Sounds right to me. Then reload your config file backup.
