Boot with serial console by default

Ahoy friends.
Currently i'm running my FreeNAS 11.4 machine and it is running flawlessly.
Unfortunately i really need to have access by serial console, so in case of a manual startup i select boot option 2. in order to get serial console output.
In case of an automatic boot after power cut it is not being selected because it follows the default procedure.
Is there a way to set option 2. (serial boot) as default option in order to provide serial output in any case?
