big error need help

Using freenas 7

Config Storage is ZFS Raid 5 wis 6 x 2TB (all funcionalty perfect)


now my problem after 3 Month and using 4TB of Data one of the drive (ad8) is bad, ive change it to a new one.....

The message from freenas is now

ad8: WARNING - SETFEATURES SET TRANSFER MODE taskqueue timeout - completing request directly
ad8: FAILURE - READ_DMA48 timed out LBA=1466290280
ad8: TIMEOUT - READ_DMA retrying (1 retry left) LBA=512 ....

can i rescue my data on this storage???

On repply to your question:
YES , you can rescue your data, first replace the offending disk, in this case ad8, when done, import your pool and resilver it

PD: Sometimes READ_DMA issues are because a bad /cheap) SATA Cable or because you use a box enclosure for your Disk <- if this is your case , connect directly your disk to the SATA port ( Do not use extraible enclosures).

now i have this message
