Best way to deploy docker compose container

Hey guys,

i want to deploy MediaCMS, but they just offer docker-compose or direct deployment as a server page.
I couldn't get it run with the docker-compose app from TC and thought maybe there are some other ideas how i can deploy it. What do you think about using a Linux VM for all docker-compose apps i want to use? I just don't know right now how to connect it with traefik and cloudflare with a VM..
